1996
Founded in 1996, Brado began as a creative ad agency. Quickly, Brado recognized something missing in the marketplace. Few, if any, businesses were using insight to create communications that could change consumer behavior. Brado became a strategic market research firm with a core belief — in a world of parity, insight wins. We set the standard for achieving insight, using it to inspire organizations to be bold in the marketplace.
2017
After 20 years of achieving insight for Fortune 100 companies, Brado acquired several top tier digital and healthcare firms in 2017, creating an innovative structure for engaging consumers in life’s critical moments. Our new business model combined consumer insight expertise with cutting-edge digital skills, fueling growth and success for our clients.
2022
In 2022, Brado partnered with Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) to create the Conversational-AI Engagement Platform. Instead of using self-serving ads that interrupt consumer lives, we now have meaningful conversations with them.
